At HULALA HOME, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all hardware, tools, and instruction manuals that were originally included in the shipment.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
